研究目的：

观察针刺组、苗药竹技药灸疗法组ED患者治疗前后的IIEF、中医临床证候积分、SAS、SDS量表、血清睾酮水平变化情况，并于治疗后2周、4周进行问卷随访，客观评价苗药竹技药灸疗法治疗ED的临床疗效，以期为勃起功能障碍应用苗药竹技药灸疗法提供理论依据，进一步推广苗药竹技灸疗法在基础医疗机构临床实践中的应用，产生社会效益和经济效益。充分挖掘和开发应用苗医外治法治疗临床适宜疾病系统规范研究，提升民族医药服务能力，发挥民族医药防病治病的独特优势，推进民族医药作为文化资源、科技资源、卫生资源、经济资源和生态资源开发利用的国家发展战略。  

Objectives of Study：

The IIEF, TCM clinical syndrome score, SAS, SDS scale and serum testosterone levels of ED patients were observed before and after treatment in the acupuncture group and the miao medicine bamboo technology moxibustion therapy group. Questionnaire follow-up was conducted at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of miao medicine bamboo technology moxibustion therapy in the treatment of ED.In order to provide theoretical basis for the application of miao medicine bamboo moxibustion therapy in erectile dysfunction, further promote the application of miao medicine bamboo moxibustion therapy in clinical practice of basic medical institutions, and produce social and economic benefits.Fully excavate and develop the systematic and standardized research on the application of external treatment of miao medicine to treat clinically appropriate diseases, enhance the service ability of ethnic medicine, give play to the unique advantages of ethnic medicine in disease prevention and treatment, and promote the national development strategy of ethnic medicine as cultural resources, scientific and technological resources, health resources, economic resources and ecological resources.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有明显的器质性损害者；
2.合并有严重心脑血管疾病或其他肝、肾、血液、内分泌疾病及精神疾病者；
3.配偶患有严重器质性病变，不能充分配合者；
4.需长期或正在使用硝酸酯类药物者；
5.对本研究药物过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with obvious organic damage;
2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other liver, kidney, blood, endocrine and mental diseases;
3. The spouse suffers from severe organic disease and cannot fully cooperate;
4. Those who need long-term or are using nitrate drugs;
5. Those who are allergic to the drug in this study.
