研究目的：

1.描述PSD的发生现状，探讨PSD的相关因素； 2.构建一个PSD风险预测模型，以用于早期评估和筛查PSD; 3.评价构建的PSD预警模型在脑卒中患者中的预测效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To describe the prevalence of post-stoke depression（PSD), and explore the factors related to the onset of PSD; 2.To develop a risk prediction model of PSD as to provide early evaluation and screening for PSD; 3.To evaluate the prediction accuracy of the PSD model among the stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肺、肝、肾等器质性疾病或血液病、恶性肿瘤等疾病；
2.既往器质性、功能性精神障碍，包括抑郁障碍者；
3.既往有颅脑外伤、帕金森病等脑器质性病变或老年痴呆、血管性痴呆等可导致抑郁的神经退行性病变；
4.既往有抑郁或抗抑郁药物治疗史者;
5.长期服用可致抑郁的药物或药物滥用者；
6.近1年内有重大精神创伤史；
7.主动要求退出研究或失访者；
8.因病情加重不宜继续开展研究或意外死亡等导致病例资料收集不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with serious organic diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc., or diseases such as blood diseases and malignant tumors;
2. Those with previous organic and functional mental disorders, including depressive disorders;
3. Previous traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease and other organic brain lesions or senile dementia, vascular dementia and other neurodegenerative diseases that can lead to depression;
4. Those who have a history of depression or antidepressant medication in the past;
5. Long-term use of drugs or drug abusers that can cause depression;
6. History of major mental trauma in the past 1 year;
7. Voluntarily request to withdraw from the study or be lost to follow-up;
8. Incomplete collection of case data due to the aggravation of the disease and the inappropriateness of continuing research or accidental death.
