评估为期12周的居家抗阻方案对老年骨质疏松症患者身体功能、自我效能以及生活质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluating the effects of a 12-week home resistance program on physical function, self-efficacy, and quality of life in older patients with osteoporosis

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患有严重的心血管疾病、存在脑梗或腔梗史、肝、肾、神经肌肉疾病、恶性 肿瘤等疾病；
（2）继发性OP患者；
（3）近半年进行规律锻炼者；
（4）患者近半年内有骨折、肌肉拉伤或关节损伤且尚未愈合者；
（5）严重骨关节疾病、骨关节急性炎症期、骨骼畸形等；
（6）存在精神障碍、智力障碍等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with severe cardiovascular disease, history of cerebral or luminal infarction, liver, , neuromuscular disease, malignancy, etc.;
(2) Patients with secondary OP;
(3) Patients with regular in the last 6 months;
(4) Patients with fractures, muscle strains or joint injuries that have not yet healed within the past six months;
(5) Severe bone and joint diseases, acute inflammatory phase of bone and joint, skeletal deformities, etc.;
(6) The presence of mental disorders, intellectual disabilities, etc.
