研究目的：

本研究旨在结合近红外脑功能、运动学、动力学、电生理及临床功能量表等信息，基于上、下肢感觉运动训练、经颅磁刺激、功能性电刺激等不同康复范式，在关键时间节点上对脑卒中患者运动功能障碍进行多模态参数评估，研究不同肢体运动康复模式对脑功能重塑的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Combined with information such as near-infrared brain function, kinematics, dynamics, electrophysiology and clinical function scales, based on different rehabilitation paradigms such as upper and lower extremity sensorimotor training, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and functional electrical stimulation, multimodal parameter evaluation of motor dysfunction in stroke patients was carried out at key time nodes, to study the effects of different limb movement rehabilitation modes on brain function remodeling.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有脑外伤史，脑肿瘤史；
2.并发严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍或其他严重躯体疾病；
3.既往癫痫及癫痫家族史；
4.人体中植入的金属如心脏起搏器，头颅部的金属等；
5.出现新的梗死灶或继发性出血，病情恶化者；
6.有严重颈椎病变包括严重颈锥管狭窄、颈椎不稳定者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of traumatic brain injury or brain tumor in the past;
2. Complicated with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases;
3. Past epilepsy and family history of epilepsy;
4. Metal implanted in the human body such as pacemaker, metal in the skull, etc.;
5. New infarction or secondary bleeding occurs, and the condition deteriorates;
6. Those with severe cervical vertebral disease, including severe cervical conical canal stenosis and cervical spine instability.

In this study, five different rehabilitation intervention groups were set up, and stroke subjects were randomly assigned. Using the block random method, with the help of SAS statistical software proc plan process statement, given the number of neutrons, random arrangement is generated.
