1.观察帕金森病脑深部电刺激相关技术方式的差异和特点； 2.比较帕金森病脑深部电刺激相关技术改良的安全性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the differences and characteristics of different techniques in deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease; 2. To compare the safety and effectiveness of different related techniques improvement in deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有出血、感染、排斥等术后并发症；
2.有不稳定或严重的心、肺、肝、肾、造血系统疾病；
3.酒精滥用或药物滥用者；
4.本研究筛查访视前30天内参加过其他临床试验；
5.研究人员认为该受试者不可能完成本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have postoperative complications such as bleeding, infection and rejection;
2.Have unstable or serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases;
3.Alcohol or drug abuse;
4.Participated in other clinical trials within 30 days before the screening visit;
5.The researchers considered it impossible for the subject to complete the study.
