研究目的：

云南省昭通市地处乌蒙高原，市内平均海拔1685米。目前鲜有关于高海拔地区儿童青少年的流行病学调查。本研究通过对2018年昭通市第二人民医院体检报告进行横断面调查，分析心率与血压偏高之间存在的关联，旨在为云南省少年儿童高血压问题研究提供借鉴和参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Zhaotong city in Yunnan province is located on umeng Plateau with an average altitude of 1,685 meters.At present, there are few epidemiological investigations on children and adolescents in high altitude areas.Through a cross-sectional investigation of physical examination reports from Zhaotong Second People's Hospital in 2018, this study analyzed the correlation between heart rate and high blood pressure, aiming to provide reference for the study of hypertension among children in Yunnan Province.

1.非长期居住在昭通地区；
2.受试者体检资料中缺失研究主要和附加指标。

Exclusion criteria：

2.The main and additional indicators of the study are missing from the subjects physical examination data.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

所有临床资料会录入具体的CRF表格，由体检中心负责并整理为EXCEL表格，而数据库的管理和分析由暨南大学流行病学教研室负责，具体负责人为陈青山、赵心海。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All clinical data will be entered into specific CRF forms, which will be organized into EXCEL forms by the medical examination center. The management and analysis of the database are in charge of the Epidemiology Teaching and Research Office of Jinan University. The specific persons in charge are Chen Qingshan and Zhao Xinhai.
