研究目的：

1. 评估膝关节OA患者软骨中GPX4及MYOC的表达情况； 2.明确OA患者软骨组织中GPX4/MYOC/FAK/ERK通路重要分子的临床病理相关性，为GPX4/MYOC成为潜在OA治疗靶点提供临床基础。

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the expression of GPx4 and MYOC in cartilage of patients with knee OA; 2. To clarify the clinicopathological correlation of important molecules of GPx4 / MYOC / FAK / ERK pathway in cartilage of patients with OA, so as to provide clinical basis for GPx4 / MYOC to become a potential target for OA treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 已知的除 OA外的代谢性或骨相关性疾病，比如肾功能障碍、甲状腺或甲状旁腺疾病、恶性肿瘤等；
2. 其他会影响到骨结构和骨质量的疾病，比如类风湿性关节炎等；
3. 服用可影响骨代谢的药物，比如抗骨吸收药物、降钙素、甲状腺素、甲状旁腺素和性激素替代治疗；
4. 股骨或胫骨截骨手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known metabolic or bone related diseases other than OA, such as renal dysfunction, thyroid or parathyroid diseases, malignant tumors, etc;
2. Other diseases that will affect bone structure and bone quality, such as rheumatoid arthritis;
3. Taking drugs that can affect bone metabolism, such as anti bone resorption drugs, calcitonin, thyroxine, parathyroid hormone and sex hormone replacement therapy;
4. History of femoral or tibial osteotomy.
