研究目的：

1. 本研究拟利用中鼻道滴灌装置，实现慢性鼻窦炎术后患者在48小时内的鼻腔清洁和局部糖皮质激素治疗； 2. 探索生理盐水联合布地奈德中鼻道滴灌治疗方法在慢性鼻窦炎术后患者的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

1. This study aims to achieve nasal cleaning and local glucocorticoid therapy within 48 hours after sinusitis surgery by using the Middle Nasal meatus drip irrigation device; 2. To explore the curative effect of normal saline combined with budesonide Middle Nasal meatus drip in patients after Sinusitis operation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 布地奈德过敏者；
2. 确诊为真菌性鼻窦炎、鼻内翻性乳头状瘤或后鼻孔息肉等与CRS具有相似症状的其他疾病患者；
3. 孕妇或哺乳期女性；
4. 重要脏器功能受损者；
5. 合并基础疾病(如糖尿病、高血压等)者；
6. 依从性差；
7. 有语言障碍或精神疾病者；
8. 伴有工作流动性大等其他不适合定期复诊、随访的情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergy to Budesonide;
2. Fungal Sinusitis, inverted Papilloma of the nose, or Postrema with similar symptoms as CRS;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. Impaired vital organ function;
5. Combined with basic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension);
6. Poor compliance;
7. Speech disorder or mental disease;
8. Accompanied by large mobility of work and others not suitable for regular follow-up.
