研究目的：

本课题以解决糖尿病认知功能障碍这一重问题的早期识别技术为目标，通过高危因素的研究，对其中筛查的DE和糖尿病（DM）患者的一般特征、高危因素、临床特征、心理学特征、生物学特征进行比较研究，在弄清DE发生发展的高危因素基础上，确定该病的早期诊断标准。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims at early identification technology to solve the serious problem of diabetes cognitive dysfunction, through the study of high-risk factors, a comparative study was conducted on the general characteristics, high-risk factors, clinical characteristics, psychological characteristics, and biological characteristics of DE and diabetes (DM) patients screened. On the basis of clarifying the high-risk factors for the occurrence and development of DE, the early diagnostic criteria of the disease were determined.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.糖尿病酮症酸中毒，过去3个月内高血糖高渗状态或严重且反复发生低血糖事件，甲状腺、甲状旁腺及其他内分泌相关性疾病；
2.严重贫血、严重心脏病、肝肾功能障碍或其他全身的系统性病史的患者；
3.胃肠道疾病；
4.急性感染；
5.恶性肿瘤和自身免疫性疾病的患者；
6.严重的神经心理、精神疾病、酗酒或滥用精神类药物病史；
7.存在严重的神经系统疾病（脑血管病、肿瘤、脑卒中、帕金森、脑外伤等）；
8.有视觉及听觉障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperglycemia and hyperosmolar state or severe and repeated hypoglycemia events in the past 3 months, thyroid, parathyroid and other endocrine-related diseases;
2. Patients with severe anemia, severe heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction or other systemic history of systemic diseases;
3. Gastrointestinal diseases;
4. Acute infection;
5. Patients with malignant tumors and autoimmune diseases;
6. History of severe neuropsychological, mental illness, alcoholism or abuse of psychotropic substances;
7. There are serious neurological diseases (cerebrovascular disease, tumor, stroke, Parkinson's, brain trauma, etc.);
8. Those with visual and hearing impairments.
