探讨4周上肢康复机器人训练对脑卒中患者认知和运动功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of 4 weeks of robot-assisted therapy on cognitive and motor function in patients with stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在视觉、听觉及言语功能障碍；
2. 存在多发性癫痫或者严重的心、肺、肝、肾等脏器疾病等；
3. 存在影响偏瘫侧上肢活动的其他疾病；
4. 过去3个月参加康复机器人训练或者其他干预项目；
5. 依从性差，无法按照要求完成治疗周期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe visual, auditory, or speech impairments;
2. History of epilepsy or serious heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease;
3. Other diseases that affect the movement of the hemispheric upper limbs;
4. Participation in robot-assisted training or other intervention programs in the past 3 months;
5. Inability to complete the entire intervention as required.
