研究目的：

通过经皮肾动脉球囊阻断的方法为分离阻断肾动脉存在高风险的肾癌患者，提供可替代的肾动脉阻断方案，为影像学提示单支动脉供血的肾肿瘤切除提供经皮途径的高选择性肾动脉阻断方案，为经腹腔肾部分切除术简单化提供新的解决方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The method of percutaneous renal artery balloon block provides an alternative renal artery block for renal cancer patients at high risk of isolated renal artery block, a highly selective renal artery block via the percutaneous route for resection of renal tumours with imaging suggestive of a single arterial supply, and a new solution for simplifying transabdominal partial nephrectomy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 具有严重的心、肺、肝、肾、血液等基础疾病的患者；
2. 拒绝接受治疗的患者；
3. 不能接受规范化治疗及不能配合随访的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious underlying diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, blood, etc;
2. Patients who refuse treatment;
3. Patients who cannot receive standardized treatment and cannot cooperate with follow-up visits.
