研究目的：

评价髋关节置换手术导航系统在全髋关节置换手术中的安全性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the robotic surgery system for total hip arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.BMI＞35；
2.患者神经肌肉功能不全会导致术后髋关节不稳定或步态异常（例如麻痹、肌溶解或外展肌无力）；
3.髋关节或身体其他部位存在活动性感染病灶；
4.已知患者髋关节周围具有严重的骨质疏松、代谢性骨病、放射性骨病；
5.已知患者对一种或多种植入的材料有过敏史；
6.出凝血功能障碍，且无法纠正或有出血倾向；
7.妊娠或在本试验进行期间有计划怀孕者；
8.筛选前30天内参加了其他的药物或医疗器械临床试验；
9.研究者判断患者依从性差，无法按照要求完成研究；
10.研究者认为不适宜参加本次临床试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. BMI > 35;
2. Postoperative hip instability or gait abnormalities (e.g. paralysis, myolysis, or abductor weakness) due to neuromuscular dysfunction;
3. Active infection of the hip joint or other parts of the body;
4. The patient is known to have severe osteoporosis, metabolic bone disease, and radioactive bone disease around the hip joint;
5. The patient is known to have a history of allergy to one or more implanted materials;
6. Coagulation dysfunction, which cannot be corrected or has bleeding tendency;
7. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study period;
8. Participated in other drug or medical device clinical trials within 30 days prior to screening;
9. The investigator judged that the patient had poor compliance and could not complete the study as required;
10. Other circumstances considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in the trial.
