研究目的：

研究目的： 1、探讨限磷食物交换份法在高磷血症透析患者食谱编制中的应用效果。 2、通过膳食磷管理，计算热量及三大营养素的需求，同时考虑排除高磷食物摄入，保证患者获得最优食材选择的方案，从而提高慢病管控的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Purpose of the study: 1. To explore the effect of phosphorus limited food exchange method in the preparation of recipes for dialysis patients with hyperphosphatemia. 2. Through dietary phosphorus management, calculate the demand for calories and three nutrients, and consider excluding the intake of high phosphorus food to ensure that patients can obtain the best choice of food materials, so as to improve the effect of chronic disease control.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

采取便利抽样，于2021年8月~2022年1月选取在吉林大学第一医院血透中心行规律透析的高磷血症患者，符合入选标准且在患者书面知情同意情况下纳入研究，取得医院伦理委员会的通过，收齐所需样本后开始本研究。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Convenient sampling was adopted. Patients with hyperphosphatemia who underwent regular dialysis in the hemodialysis center of the first hospital of Jilin University from August 2021 to January 2022 met the inclusion criteria and were included in the study with the written informed consent of the patients. The study was started after the approval of the hospital ethics committee and the required samples were collected. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重构音障碍、听觉障碍、认知障碍等原因导致患者不能配合量表评定；
2.由于意识障碍和普通智力减退造成的语言障碍；
3.因先天或幼年疾病引致学习困难，并造成的语言机能缺陷；
4.因心肝肾等重要器官功能损伤，研究者认为不适合参加本研究者；
5.严重营养不良，血清白蛋白<25 g/L。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe dysarthria, hearing impairment, cognitive impairment and other reasons make the patient unable to cooperate with the scale evaluation;
2. Language impairment caused by disturbance of consciousness and general mental retardation;
3. Learning difficulties and language defects caused by congenital or childhood diseases;
4. Due to the functional impairment of important organs such as heart, liver and kidney, the researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this study;
5. Severe malnutrition, serum albumin < 25 g / L.
