研究目的：

1、探讨不同针刺方案对脑卒中后吞咽障碍咽期吞咽功能的影响，筛选最佳针刺方案。 2、基于表面肌电技术，观察针刺对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者完成咽期吞咽动作时所募集的运动单位情况及各肌群间的运动时序性变化等的即刻效应及远期效应。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effects of different acupuncture regimens on the swallowing function of dysphagia in the pharyngeal stage after stroke, and to screen the best acupuncture regimen. 2. Based on surface electromyography, observe the immediate and long-term effects of acupuncture on the motor units recruited when the stroke patients with dysphagia complete the pharyngeal swallowing action and the movement timing changes among various muscle groups.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.脑卒中发病次数大于1次；
2.短暂脑缺血发作、可逆性神经功能缺损者；
3.其他原因导致的吞咽障碍；
4.心血管系统、肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The incidence of stroke is more than 1 time;
2. Patients with transient ischemic attack and reversible neurological deficit;
3. Dysphagia caused by other reasons;
4. Cardiovascular system, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system and other serious primary diseases, mental patients.
