研究目的：

（1）探讨经桡动脉行颈动脉造影术在中国人中的可行性及安全性； （2）探索影响桡动脉入路行颈动脉造影的相关影响因素，并制定科学量表； （3）初步探索经桡动脉行颈动脉支架成形术在国人中的可行性； （4）为颈动脉腔内诊治的门诊化开展提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this research is to 1. To evaluate the feasibility and safety of transradial approach for carotid artery angiography in chinese; 2. To determine the influence factors of transradial approach for carotid artery angiography; 3. To explore the feasibility of transradial approach for carotid artery stenting preliminary in chinese; 4. provide the foundation for the diagnosis and treatment of carotid artery in outpatient service.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1）颈动脉腔内介入禁忌；
(2）路径动脉严重狭窄扭曲。
(3) Allen试验阳性

Exclusion criteria：

1. Endovascular surgery contraindication;
2. Road artery severe stenosis and tortuosity;
3. Allen test positive.
