The effect of food intake on the cerebral blood perfusion and function changes in patients with cognitive impairment and normal people and relationship with insulin resistance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①病例组：突然起病；早期出现下列症状：步态不稳、癫痫、行为异常；其他病因所致痴呆：血管性痴呆、额颞叶痴呆、路易体痴呆、帕金森病痴呆、酒精性痴呆,酗酒者。
②对照组：酗酒者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Case group: Sudden onset; Early onset of the following symptoms: gait instability, epilepsy, behavioral abnormalities; Dementia caused by other diseases: vascular dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia, Parkinson's disease dementia, alcoholic dementia; Alcoholics;
2. Control group: Alcoholics
