研究目的：

本研究采用随机对照实验，以上海市社区老年人群为研究对象。通过对练习八段锦的认知衰弱的老年人的平衡能力进行测试，以探讨八段锦对于认知衰弱老年人平衡能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of a 24-week Baduanjin exercise intervention on the balance function of the elderly with cognitive frailty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 高血压患者且血压无法控制者（服药后收缩压大于160 mmHg 或舒张压大于100 mmHg）；
2. 有酒精、药物滥用史；
3. 有精神病史（如人格障碍、精神分裂症等），严重抑郁症（贝克抑郁量表＞10分），或患有严重失语及视听障碍，或严重脏器衰竭、脑出血、脑梗塞、心肌梗死病史、冠心病史、肌肉骨骼系统疾病及其他运动禁忌症者；
4. 有金属植入物（如固定金属义齿、起搏器等）及其他不适于核磁共振扫描者；
5. 正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hypertension with uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100 mmHg);
2. History of alcohol and drug abuse;
3. History of mental illness(including personality disorder,schizophrenia,etc),major depression(Beck Depression Scale > 10 points),severe aphasia and audio-visual disorders,severe organ failure,history of coronary artery disease,musculoskeletal disorders and other exercise contraindications;
4. Metal implants(including fixed mental dentures,pacemakers,etc) and other reasons making the patient unsuitable for MRI scans;
5. Participating in another clinical study.
