研究目的：

本研究旨在构建一个易于应用的、有效的预测神经重症患者预后风险的列线图模型，为早期评估和识别高危人群，早期预防和控制提供的临床依据。本部分研究为前瞻性研究。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to construct an easy-to-use and effective nomogram model to predict the prognostic risk of neurocritical patients. The nomogram model is supposed to provide clinical evidence for early assessment, identification, prevention and control of disease.This part is a prospective study.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.数据不全的神经重症患者；
2.年龄<18岁，住院时间大于48小时；
3.临床资料不足；
4.严重肝肾功能不全，及其他严重慢性或代谢病患者；
5.妊娠期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neurocritically ill patients with incomplete data;
2. Aged < 18 years, hospitalization time is more than 48 hours;
3. Insufficient clinical data;
4. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency, and other severe chronic or metabolic diseases;
5. Pregnant patients.
