研究目的：

主要目的：以全麻体外循环下实施心脏手术患者为研究对象，观察不同温度下应用右美托咪定对脑保护的作用，探讨更佳的脑保护温度，减轻脑部损伤，改善术后生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Taking patients undergoing cardiac surgery under general anesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass as the research object, to observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on brain protection at different temperatures, to explore better brain protection temperature, reduce brain damage and improve postoperative life quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并冠心病、心肌梗死者；
2.患有免疫系统疾病者；
3.患有血液系统疾病者；
4.术前使用糖皮质激素者；
5.术前简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分＜23分及术前有认知功能下降者；
6.长期服用镇静药、抗抑郁药、酗酒者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction;
2. Those with immune system diseases;
3. Those who suffer from blood system diseases;
4. Those who use glucocorticoids before surgery;
5. Preoperative Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) score < 23 and those with cognitive decline before surgery;
6. Long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants, and alcoholism.
