研究目的：

通过应用电压校正的消融指数（AI）指导环肺静脉隔离术，以提高环肺静脉的单圈隔离率和房颤的手术成功率，同时降低可能的手术风险，提高手术安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we used voltage corrected ablation index (AI) to guide circumferential pulmonary vein isolation to improve the single-loop isolation rate of circumferential pulmonary vein and the surgical success rate of atrial fibrillation, while reducing the possible surgical risk and improving the surgical safety.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往有房颤、房扑或房速射频消融史；有心脏外科手术史；因可逆原因导致的房颤，包括但不限于：甲状腺功能亢进、心包炎、心肌炎或肺动脉栓塞等；有抗凝治疗禁忌症者；行经食道超声或左心房肺静脉CT造影检查不能排除左心耳和/或左心房内有血栓者；近30天内或可能将在试验期内参加其他临床试验的；其他研究者认为不适合参加本试验的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

History of radiofrequency ablation for atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter or atrial tachycardia; A history of cardiac surgery;Atrial fibrillation due to reversible causes, including hyperthyroidism, pericarditis, myocarditis, or pulmonary embolism;Patients with contraindications to anticoagulant therapy; Transesophageal ultrasound or left atrial pulmonary vein CT imaging cannot exclude thrombus in left atrial appendage and/or left atrium; Within the last 30 days or may participate in other clinical trials during the trial period;Conditions that other investigators deem inappropriate for participation in the study.
