研究目的：

主要目的：通过检测65岁以上行髋关节置换手术病人围术期外周血PTGS2的异常表达情况，探讨PND有效的生物学指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: The abnormal expression of PTGS2 in perioperative peripheral blood of patients over 65 years old undergoing hip replacement was detected to explore the effective biological indicators of PND.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前已存在认知功能障碍疾病；
2.存在心肺、肝肾等重要脏器严重损害；
3.不能配合完成血液标本采集或进行认知功能评估的病人；
4.长期服用影响认知功能药物的病人；
5.拒绝参加或无法沟通的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive dysfunction disease existed before surgery;
2. There is serious damage to important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney;
3. Patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of blood sample collection or cognitive function evaluation;
4. Patients who take drugs that affect cognitive function for a long time;
5. Patients who refuse to participate or cannot communicate.
