研究目的：

我们进行这项研究是为了发现胰十二指肠切除术后出血的发生率和形态，并找出与这种并发症有关的一些因素。 多亏了这一点，我们可以确定一些确定产后出血的早期特征。 我们还可以避免一些可能导致出血并发症发生率较高的风险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

We performe this study in order to discover the rate and morphology of postoperative hemorrhage after pancreaticoduodenectomy, and find out some factors relating to this complications. Thanks of that, we can identify some earlier characteristic features that determine postoperative hemorrhage. We also can avoid some risk factors that can result in higher rate of bleeding complication.
