研究目的：

主要目的： 1.回顾性收集各家医院2015年4月-2021年8月缺血性卒中患者临床资料，回顾性队列已获得伦理委员会同意免除知情同意申请； 2.前瞻性观察各家医院2021年9月-2022年6月缺血性卒中患者； 3.探索缺血性卒中早期神经功能恶化的相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: 1. The clinical data of ischemic stroke patients in each hospital from April 2015 to August 2021 were retrospectively collected, and the retrospective cohort has been approved by the ethics committee to waive the application for informed consent; 2. Prospectively observe ischemic stroke patients in various hospitals from September 2021 to June 2022; 3. To explore the related factors of neurological deterioration in the early stage of ischemic stroke.

1.临床资料不全；
2.基线mRS评分＞2分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical data;
2. Baseline mRS score > 2 points.
