研究目的：

1.研究弱视患儿患眼的视网膜血流，脉络膜血流解剖学特征； 2.研究弱视患儿患眼视网膜脉络膜血流特征与最佳矫正视力的相关性； 3.探讨数字化弱视训练治疗对弱视患儿患眼视网膜、脉络膜血流改变的影响；研究其血流改变与视力改善的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the anatomical characteristics of retinal blood flow and choroidal blood flow in children with amblyopia; 2. To study the correlation between retinal choroidal blood flow characteristics and best corrected visual acuity in children with amblyopia; 3. To explore the effect of digital amblyopia training treatment on the changes of retinal and choroidal blood flow in children with amblyopia; to study the correlation between the changes of blood flow and the improvement of vision.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有全身疾病如高血压，糖尿病，神经系统疾病等；
2.有早产儿或其他可能引起微血管异常的病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are systemic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, nervous system diseases, etc.;
2. There is a history of premature infants or other medical conditions that may cause microvascular abnormalities.
