研究目的：

本研究拟在多层次中国人群中（PGD人群、ART或出生缺陷门诊人群）开展孕前多基因携带者筛查的咨询、调查、检测研究。系统了解孕前多基因携带者筛查在我国人群中的认识和接受程度，筛查的医学经济学价值和参数，探索中国人群单基因病疾病谱及高发单基因病致病突变携带率。通过本研究，期望能够对孕前多基因携带者筛查在我国的进一步推广提供理论和实践经验，为相关指南的制定提供数据支持。

Objectives of Study：

The study aims to carry out consultation, investigation and testing research on preconception carrier screening of monogenic disorders and explore the carrier burden of 300+ monogenic disorders in Han Chinese.

1.夫妻双方其中之一为非华裔患者；
2.近亲婚配夫妻。

Exclusion criteria：

1. One of the spouses is a non-Chinese patient;
2. Consanguineous couples.
