研究目的：

主要目的：拟采用患者自身拔除的正畸牙，通过系列物理、化学方法处理制备成自体牙来源骨替代材料，即刻回植于拔牙窝用于位点保存，对间隙关闭后是否出现牙龈折痕，以及其局部牙槽骨骨量及牙周附着水平的变化的情况进行测量分析，记录牙齿移动速度，探讨自体牙来源骨替代材料在减数拔牙病例中的临床应用规范。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To use the orthodontic teeth extracted by the patients themselves, to prepare the bone substitute materials derived from autologous teeth through a series of physical and chemical methods, and to immediately replant them in the extraction socket for site preservation, and to check whether there is gingival crease after the gap is closed. , and its local alveolar bone mass and periodontal attachment level changes were measured and analyzed, the tooth movement speed was recorded, and the clinical application of autologous tooth-derived bone substitute materials in meiotic tooth extraction cases was discussed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拔牙禁忌症；
2.白血病、再生障碍性贫血等血液性疾病，近 12 周服用抗凝药物或凝血检查不在正常范围内者；
3.有外伤或手术史，牙槽骨骨板骨折甚至缺失；
4.严重牙周炎；
5.有可能影响软硬组织愈合的全身疾病或药物应用；
6.有吸烟史；
7.妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications for tooth extraction;
2. Those with blood diseases such as leukemia and aplastic anemia, who have taken anticoagulant drugs in the past 12 weeks or whose blood coagulation test is not within the normal range;
3. History of trauma or surgery, fracture or even loss of alveolar bone plate;
4. Severe periodontitis;
5. Systemic diseases or drug applications that may affect the healing of soft and hard tissues;
6. Have a history of smoking;
7. Pregnancy.
