1.探索昼夜节律是否可以影响全身麻醉患者麻醉后恢复时间； 2.探索昼夜节律是否可以影响全身麻醉患者麻醉恢复质量评分； 3.探索相关影响麻醉恢复的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore whether circadian rhythm can affect the recovery time of patients under general anesthesia; 2. To explore whether circadian rhythm can affect the quality score of anesthesia recovery in patients under general anesthesia; 3. To explore the related factors affecting anesthesia recovery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术中死亡病例；
2.术后转归ICU病例；
3.麻醉恢复室出现死亡病例；
4.麻醉恢复室出现转入ICU病例；
5.麻醉恢复室出现未拔管病例；
6.病例缺乏所需要记录信息病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intraoperative deaths;
2. Postoperative ICU cases;
3. Death cases occurred in the anesthesia recovery room;
4. Cases transferred to ICU appear in the anesthesia recovery room;
5. Cases without extubation occurred in the anesthesia recovery room;
6. The case lacks the required record information.
