研究目的：

本研究想通过剖宫产术中给予静脉泵注亚麻醉剂量的盐酸艾司氯胺酮（0.2 mg/kg），观察产妇术后抑郁的发生率，从而探讨盐酸艾司氯胺酮能否预防产后抑郁的发生，通过比较抑郁组和非抑郁组产妇的静脉血中的指标的改变，探讨产后抑郁发生的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This research wants to give intravenous injection pump and anesthesia in cesarean section of escitalopram ketamine hydrochloride (0.2 mg/kg), to observe the incidence of depression after ChanFuShu, which discuss escitalopram ketamine hydrochloride can prevent the occurrence of postpartum depression, through comparing the depression and the depression group of maternal venous blood indicators of change, to explore the possible mechanism of postpartum depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.未禁食禁饮；
2.改全麻；无痛分娩改剖宫产；
3.胎儿有先天性疾病；高血压；
4.术前存在精神障碍；药物或酒精滥用；艾司氯胺酮过敏；交流障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not fasting and fasting;
2. Change to general anesthesia; change to cesarean section for painless delivery;
3. The fetus has congenital diseases; high blood pressure;
4. Mental disorder before surgery; drug or alcohol abuse; esketamine allergy; communication disorder.
