研究目的：

The primary outcome will be late mortality differences among different insurance categories, while secondary outcomes included differences in treatment patterns, perioperative (30-day) mortality, and the trend of the annual proportion of each insurance category along the study period. Median follow up time will be assessed utilizing reversed Kaplan Meier curves.  

Objectives of Study：

Primary malignant cardiac tumors (PMCTs) are rare tumors with grim outcomes. Direct evidence is still limited regarding the role of insurance status on cardiac tumors. Hence, we analyzed the outcomes of PMCTs from a national dataset to evaluate insurance status impact on late survival.
