评价牵伸松调法治疗颈椎病的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Stretching-Relaxation-Adjustment Manipulation(SRAD) in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颈椎椎体结核、肿瘤等有椎体破坏或椎管内占位性病变及脊柱侧弯畸形者； 2.严重肝肾、糖尿病、⼼⾎管疾病、精神疾病者； 3.正在从事其它疼痛类疾病药物或物理治疗者，或正在参加其它临床试验者。 4.伴有智⼒障碍、有中度以上焦虑、抑郁等精神疾病者 5.严重畏惧推拿⼿法，不能配合推拿者； 6.脊髓型颈椎病及急性发作期的神经根型颈椎病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cervical vertebral tuberculosis, tumors, or other vertebral destruction or intraspinal space occupying lesions, as well as scoliosis deformities; 2. People with severe liver and kidney disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, mental illness; 3.Those who are currently receiving medication or physical therapy for other pain—related illnesses, or participating in different clinical trials; 4. Individuals with intellectual disabilities, or moderate or severe mental illnesses such as anxiety and depression; 5.Those who are severely afraid of massage techniques and unable to cooperate with massage treatment; 6. Patients with acute exacerbation of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.

Blinding：

To ensure allocation concealment, qualification assessment is independently conducted by blinded assessors who did not participate in the randomization process.After the grouping was completed, the research team immediately collected baseline data on participants' clinical and sociodemographic characteristics. All data were collected by an independent researcher who remained blinded to patient grouping after baseline measurements and intervention.
