研究目的：

主要目的：通过前瞻性的前后自身对照研究，观察口服益生菌+膳食纤维联合胸膝卧位提肛锻炼对直肠内脱垂患者排便障碍症状及生活质量的影响，为更好的个性化治疗便秘提供的参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Through a prospective self-control study, to observe the effects of oral probiotics + dietary fiber combined with chest-knee recumbent levator ani movement on defecation disorders and quality of life in patients with intrarectal prolapse, in order to provide reference for better personalized treatment of constipation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.会导致或加重便秘的全身或器质性疾病，如帕金森病、胃肠道肿瘤、先天性巨结肠等；
2.因身体或其他原因不能完成胸膝卧位提肛运动；
3.明确诊断为慢传输型便秘和由阿片类等药物导致的便秘。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Systemic or organic diseases that can cause or aggravate constipation, such as Parkinson's disease, gastrointestinal tumors, Hirschsprung's disease, etc. ;
2. Unable to lift the anus in the chest and knee position due to physical or other reasons;
3. It was clearly diagnosed as slow transit constipation and constipation caused by opioids and other drugs.
