研究目的:

通过髋关节造影与MRI联合以及多指标联合的方式来对早期治疗后的残余髋臼发育不良进行(residual acetabular dysplasia, RAD)预测,寻找一种更加稳定且准确的早期RAD预测模型。  

Objectives of Study:

We used a combination of hip arthrography and MRI and a combination of multiple indicators to predict residual acetabular dysplasia(RAD) after early treatment to find a more stable and accurate early RAD prediction model.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

① 神经源性、综合征或其他因素引起的DDH;②闭合复位失败进行了切开复位;③影像学资料质量不高;④严重盂唇内翻。

Exclusion criteria:

(i) neurogenic, syndromic or other factors causing DDH; (ii) failed closed reduction with incisional reduction; (iii) poor quality imaging data; (iv) severe inverted limbus.
