研究目的：

1.比较渐进腹透与全量腹透对残肾功能下降速率的影响； 2.全量腹膜透析与渐进性腹膜透析对生存率的影响，腹膜炎发生率的影响，成本的差异，生活质量的差别； 3.明确渐进性减量的可能性及渐进方法的探索。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Comparing the effects of progressive and full abdominal dialysis on the rate of decline of residual renal function; 2. The impact of full peritoneal dialysis and progressive peritoneal dialysis on survival rate, the incidence of peritonitis, the difference in cost, and the difference in quality of life; 3. Clarify the possibility of incremental reduction and the exploration of incremental methods.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 原发病为免疫性疾病（如系统性红斑狼疮、血管炎肾损害等）；
2. 肿瘤；
3. 梗阻性肾病；
4. 急性肾损伤；
5. 不愿选择腹膜透析治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The primary disease is an immune disease (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, kidney damage, etc.);
2. Tumor;
3. Obstructive nephropathy;
4. Acute Kidney Injury;
5. Unwilling to choose peritoneal dialysis treatment.
