1.开发护士的催眠减压干预方案； 2.验证护士的催眠减压干预方案的可行性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

1. Developing the Hypnosis-based Stress Reduction Intervention for Nurses; 2. Evaluation the feasibility and effectiveness of the Hypnosis-based Stress Reduction Intervention for Nurses.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在本研究期间参加其他减压项目；
2.在本研究期间接受心理治疗；
3.既往患有精神病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Participating in other stress reduction programs during the study;
2. Receiving psychological treatment during the study;
3. Previous history of mental illness.
