研究目的：

应用改良经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(IPKP)治疗中老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的疗效。探讨IPKP技术在临床应用中的可行性及临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical curative effect and feasibility of IPKP technique in clinical application by comparing the curative efficacy of improved percutaneous kyphoplasty(IPKP) and conventional percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) in the treatment of osteoporotie vertebral compression fractures (OVCF).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯（PMMA）

PolymethylMethacrylate（PMMA） 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）各种良、恶性肿瘤（如转移性肿瘤，多发性骨髓瘤，血管瘤等）所致椎体骨折；（2）合并脊髓损伤症状而进行开放手术结合内固定的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) a variety of benign and malignant tumors (such as metastatic cancer, multiple myeloma, hemangioma, etc.) due to vertebral fractures;
(2) symptoms of spinal cord injury patients open surgery for fixing binding site.
