研究目的：

1.明确血清皮质醇水平是否和男性精液质量具有相关性； 2.探究在精液参数异常的男性中，皮质醇水平能否作为评估精神压力的有效指标； 3.探究重庆地区的男性精神压力情况与性激素和精液质量的关系； 4.进一步探索高皮质醇水平导致精液质量下降的可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the relationship between serum cortisol level and semen quality; 2. To explore whether cortisol level can be used as an index to evaluate psychological stress in men with semen abnormality; 3. To explore the relationship between psychological stress and sex hormone secretion or semen quality in Chongqing; 4. Further explore the possible physiological mechanism between abnormal cortisol levels and declined semen quality.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.恶性肿瘤疾病史；
2.经研究者判断，患有不适宜参加本研究的重大全身性疾病、重大内分泌或重大代谢异常；
3.有酗酒、吸毒、药物滥用不良嗜好者；
4.接触致畸量的射线、毒物、药品并处于作用期；
5.近3个月有服用改善精子药物史的患者；
6.患有严重精神疾病或不能理解此次研究的目的、方法等，以及不遵守研究程序者；
7.研究者认为不适合参加本研究的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of malignant tumor;
2. In the judgment of the researcher, suffering from major systemic diseases, endocrine or metabolic abnormalities that are not suitable to participate in the study;
3. Men who are alcoholic or drug abuse;
4. Exposure to teratogenic rays, poisons or drugs, and in the action period;
5. Men with a history of sperm improving drugs intake in recent 3 months;
6. Men suffers from serious mental or phycological illness or cannot understand the purpose and methods of this study, or do not comply with the research procedures;
7. Other reasons that is not suitable to participate in this study judging by researchers.

本试验为基于体外诊断技术和调查问卷开展的横断面研究，研究方法中不涉及随机分组。我们严格按照纳入排除标准，对前往生殖医学中心进行不育症检查的所有男性进行邀请，以自愿参加的形式入组，直到获得足够的志愿者参与。本研究不涉及对患者进行非常规的治疗或行为操控，入组患者需按照医院常规检验内容进行血液、精液的采集以及调查问卷的填写。

This trial is a cross-sectional study using in vitro diagnosis technique and questionnaires. The research method does not involve randomized control. We will invite all patients join in the research voluntarily. This project does not include any manipulation of the patients.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究中，数据采集内容来自男性调查问卷、血清性激素指标、精液参数及代谢组学指标。所有数据采集后录入计算机的数据收集表，并由本研究相关专业人员管理且保存于重医附二院生殖医学中心档案室。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

In this study, the data are collected from the male questionnaire, serum hormone indexes, semen parameters and metabolomics indexes. All the data will be entered into the data collection table, managed by the relevant professionals of this study and kept in the archives of the reproductive medical center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University.
