研究目的：

本课题采用简单随机对照试验的临床研究方法，以体外受精(In Vitro Fertilization, IVF)静脉麻醉取卵术患者为研究对象，观察经皮穴位电刺激(Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation, TEAS)、模拟经皮穴位电刺激组(Mock TEAS)对不孕症患者静脉麻醉取卵术后患者镇痛效果。评估TEAS对取卵术后机体痛阈的调节作用，同时评估TEAS对术后不良反应的疗效，以期促进针灸的临床发展。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and intravenous anesthesia for oocyte retrieval were selected as the research objects. To observe the analgesic effect of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) group and mock TEAS group on patients with infertility after intravenous anesthesia. To evaluate the effect of TEAS on pain threshold after oocyte retrieval, and to evaluate the efficacy of TEAS on postoperative adverse reactions, in order to promote the clinical development of acupuncture.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有慢性疼痛病史的患者；
2.有长期使用阿片类药物史及麻醉药物成瘾史、长期酗酒史；
3.有神经疾病、精神疾病或智力障碍不能正确描述自身感受或不能理解视觉模拟评分法；
4.对电极片过敏，或受测点或刺激处有瘢痕、皮肤破损、感染或红肿青紫等表现；
5.体内有起搏器或其他植入医用电子器械者；
6.合并使用高频手术设备、人工心肺、医用短波、微波治疗仪者；
7.合并有心、脑、肝、肾重要脏器疾病史的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with Chronic pain history;
2. History of long-term use of opioids, addiction to narcotic drugs, and alcohol abuse;
3. Neuropathy, mental illness or mental retardation do not correctly describe your feelings or understand visual analogue scale;
4. Allergy to the electrode, or scar, skin damage, infection, redness, swelling, violet and other manifestations at the measuring point or stimulation site;
5. Pacemaker or other implantable medical electronic devices;
6. Combined use of high frequency surgical equipment, artificial heart and lung, medical short wave, microwave therapeutic apparatus;
7. Patients with history of heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases.
