研究目的：

高压氧治疗是一种非药物、非侵入性治疗手段，具有起效快、成本低、花费少、临床可转化性强，易于推广等特点，因此进一步研究高压氧治疗对急性脑梗死的治疗作用及其机制研究，将是急性脑梗死治疗上的重大突破，也是急性脑梗死研究中的重要目标。

Objectives of Study：

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is a non-drug and non-invasive treatment, which has the characteristics of fast onset, low cost, strong clinical convertibility and easy promotion. Therefore, the further study on the therapeutic effect and mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on acute cerebral infarction, will be a major breakthrough and an important goal in the research of acute cerebral infarction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往史患有颈内动脉瘤或动静脉畸形；既往3个月内有脑部手术或脑出血史；既往3个月内有急性脑梗死；
2.重度心脏疾患：如感染性心内膜炎、心包炎、急性心肌梗死、有室壁瘤、心室血栓形成、重度心力衰竭等；
3.严重全身疾患：如癌症、艾滋病、痴呆晚期、肾功能衰竭、活动性肝炎、肝硬化、门脉高压等；
4.妊娠期妇女；
5.核磁扫描禁忌症；高压氧绝对禁忌症（生命体征不稳、有急性脑出血、颅骨骨折、肺大泡、肺气肿、急性中耳炎等）；
6.体温≥38.5℃、收缩压≥160mmHg、血糖≤2.8mmol/L或≥22mmol/L。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Past history of internal carotid aneurysm or arteriovenous malformation; history of brain surgery or cerebral hemorrhage within the past 3 months; acute cerebral infarction within the past 3 months;
2. Severe heart disease: such as infective endocarditis, pericarditis, acute myocardial infarction, ventricular aneurysm, ventricular thrombosis, severe heart failure, etc.;
3. Serious systemic diseases: such as cancer, AIDS, advanced dementia, renal failure, active hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, etc.;
4. Pregnant women;
5. Contraindications of MRI; absolute contraindications of hyperbaric oxygen (unstable vital signs, acute cerebral hemorrhage, skull fracture, bullae, emphysema, acute otitis media, etc.);
6. Body temperature >=38.5℃, systolic blood pressure >=160mmHg, blood sugar <=2.8mmol/L or >=22mmol/L.
