To investigate the value of synthetic magnetic resonance imaging in diffuse glioma.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.经影像或病理证实为非胶质瘤患者；
2.肿瘤复发患者；
3.病情较重不能配合检查或伪影较大影响数据测量者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with non glioma confirmed by imaging or pathology;
2.Patients with tumor recurrence;
3.The patient is seriously ill and cannot cooperate with the examination or the artifact greatly affects the data measurement.
