研究目的:

通过功能性近红外光谱仪技术研究多通道电刺激康复踏车对脑卒中患者脑区激活的即刻效应、脑功能连接的改变以及半球间对称性,并与单纯踏车进行比较。  

Objectives of Study:

Using functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS) to study the multichannel functional electrical stimulation treadmill training-related changes in cortical activation,functional connectivity and interhemispheric symmetry after stroke, compared with the general treadmill.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.脑干、小脑卒中;
2.患有进展型脑卒中或恶性进行性高血压、严重的内脏系统疾病、恶性肿瘤等;
3.既往有脑器质性疾病、精神障碍、癫痫病史;
4.治疗局部皮肤损伤、炎症或刺激区域痛觉过敏;
5.患侧下肢改良Ashworth评分≥3级;
6.并发严重影响下肢感觉、运动的疾病,如风湿性关节炎、腰椎间盘突出症、下肢外伤、皮肤严重破损、骨折和周围神经病等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Brain stem and cerebellar stroke;
2. Suffering from progressive cerebral apoplexy or malignant progressive hypertension, severe visceral system disease, malignant tumor, etc.;
3. History of organic brain disease, mental disorder, and epilepsy in the past;
4. Treat local skin damage, inflammation or hyperalgesia in the area of irritation;
5. Modified Ashworth score of lower extremity on the affected side >= grade 3;
6. Concurrent diseases that seriously affect the sensation and movement of the lower extremities, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lumbar disc herniation, lower extremity trauma, severe skin damage, fractures and peripheral neuropathy.
