研究目的：

主要目的：通过RCT，比较胸腔镜与机器人肺癌根治术对新辅助肺癌患者的近期与远期临床结局和肿瘤学疗效，为新辅助肺癌患者手术治疗方式的选择提供高级别证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To compare the short-term and long-term clinical outcomes and oncological efficacy between video-assisted and robot-assisted thoracic surgery in lung cancer patients with neoadjuvant therapy, so as to provide advanced evidence for the choice of surgical treatment for lung cancer patients with neoadjuvant therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.怀孕或哺乳；
2.无控制发作、中枢神经系统疾病或精神障碍；
3.胸部手术史；
4.5年内其他恶性疾病；
5.存在任何远处转移征象；
6.临床严重或活动性心脏病，如症状性冠心病、纽约心脏协会(NYHA)II级或以上充血性心力衰竭、严重心律失常或心肌梗死6个月内；
7.脑出血或梗死6个月内；
8.接受免疫抑制治疗的器官移植受者；
9.严重反复感染或其他严重伴发疾病；
10.其他需要同步手术的疾病；
11.因肿瘤急症(如出血)需要紧急手术；
12.参与其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnancy or lactation;
2.No controlled seizures, central nervous system diseases or mental disorders;
3.History of thoracic surgery;
4.Other malignant diseases within 5 years;
5.There are any signs of distant metastasis;
6.Clinically serious or active heart disease, such as symptomatic coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure of New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade II or above, severe arrhythmia or myocardial infarction within 6 months;
7.Cerebral hemorrhage or infarction within 6 months;
8.Organ transplant recipients receiving immunosuppressive therapy;
9.Severe recurrent infection or other serious concomitant diseases;
10.Other diseases requiring simultaneous surgery;
11.Emergency surgery is required due to tumor emergencies (such as bleeding);
12.Patients participating in other clinical trials.
