1. 研究硒营养补剂对健康人群的安全性及其对机体免疫系统的调控作用； 2. 研究硒营养补剂对健康人群的硒水平和相关硒酶的调控作用； 3. 初步确定硒营养补剂对健康人群的最佳剂量和干预时间。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Evaluating the safety and immuno-regulation effects of the nutritional selenium on healthy people; 2.Evaluating the effects of the nutritional selenium on the selenium levels and selenium-containing enzymes of healthy people; 3.Confirm the optimal dosage and supplementation times of the nutritional selenium for healthy people.

排除标准：

1. 有长期吸烟史和/或酗酒的志愿者；
2. 孕妇和过敏体质的志愿者。

Exclusion criteria：
