研究目的：

主要目的：本研究通过PMS、TMS两种磁刺激的疗效来探究对脑卒中后早期患者上肢运动功能的影响，对比外周和中枢两种不同磁刺激方式的疗效差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: In this study, the effects of PMS and TMS magnetic stimulation on the motor function of the upper limbs in early post-stroke patients were investigated through the efficacy of PMS and TMS, and the differences in the efficacy of peripheral and central magnetic stimulation methods were compared.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有其他颅内疾病如脑外伤、脑炎等，或近期脑血管病情进行性加重；
2.癫痫患者或者癫痫家族患者；
3.合并心、肺、肝、肾、和造血系统等严重原发性疾病；
4.无法完成指标评估者，如严重失语、视听障碍、文盲等；
5.有心脏起搏器或人工耳蜗植入物，植入装置（例如深部脑刺激器，脑室腹腔分流器）及颅骨缺陷；
6.外伤或外周神经损伤致上肢运动功能障碍；
7.不能耐受磁刺激。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other intracranial diseases such as traumatic brain injury, encephalitis, etc. in the past, or the recent progressive aggravation of cerebrovascular disease;
2. Epilepsy patients or epilepsy family patients;
3. Combined with serious primary diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system;
4. Those who cannot complete the index assessment, such as severe aphasia, audio-visual impairment, illiteracy, etc.;
5. There are pacemakers or cochlear implants, implanted devices (such as deep brain stimulators, ventriculoperitoneal shunts) and skull defects;
6. Upper limb motor dysfunction caused by trauma or peripheral nerve injury;
7. Can not tolerate magnetic stimulation.
