研究目的：

1.主要研究目的：观察抗生素利福昔明预防性应用于AP患者后，对AP后期并发感染的影响； 2.次要研究目的：观察抗生素利福昔明预防性应用于AP患者后，对AP其他临床预后的影响，同时观察AP患者使用利福昔明后的不良反应。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main research purpose: To observe the effect of antibiotic rifaximin on the post-AP complicated infection after prophylactic application of antibiotic rifaximin to AP patients; 2. Secondary research purposes: To observe the effect of antibiotic rifaximin on other clinical prognosis of AP after prophylactic application of antibiotic rifaximin to AP patients, and to observe the adverse reactions of rifaximin in AP patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重多器官衰竭由医生判断濒临死亡的患者；
2. 妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
3. 内镜逆行胰胆管造影后的胰腺炎；
4. 患者并发消化道出血；
5. 肠梗阻和严重肠道病变者；
6. 对利福昔明的其他利福霉素类似物过敏者；
7. 慢性胰腺炎、胰腺或胆道疑似恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe multi-organ failure judged by physicians to be on the verge of death;
2. Pregnant and lactating women;
3. Pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography;
4. Patients with concomitant gastrointestinal bleeding;
5. Patients with intestinal obstruction and severe intestinal lesions;
6. Those who are allergic to other rifamycin analogs of rifaximin;
7. Chronic pancreatitis, suspected malignancy of the pancreas or biliary tract.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

完全随机方法进行分组，采用SPSS 17.0软件，通过随机数字中RV.UNIFORM函数，产生60个随机数字。对60个随机数按从小到大排序，按1：1的比例，前30个为A组，后30个为B组。符合入组条件的患者，签署受试者知情同意书后，按入院的顺序与读取随机数字的编号相对应，进入随机数确定的组别：A组：对照组；B组：利福昔明组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Complete random method for grouping, using SPSS 17.0 software to generate 60 random numbers through the RV.UNIFORM function in random numbers. The 60 random numbers are sorted from small to large, with a ratio of 1:1. The first 30 are group A, and the last 30 are group B.
