制定并实施基于长期生存者生存体验干预的研究方案以促进食管癌患者心理弹性，并评价该干预方案的短期效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The main goal of this study is to implement a detailed research protocol of promoted psychological resilience intervention for facilitating resilience in Chinese esophageal cancer patients and to assess its short-term effectiveness.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有其他癌症病史；
2.新辅助化疗的患者；
3.参与过其他心理干预的患者；
4.根据美国精神障碍诊断统计手册第五版DSM-V诊断为认知障碍或精神障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of other cancers;
2. Patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy;
3. Patients who have participated in other psychological interventions;
4. Patients diagnosed with cognitive impairment or mental disorder according to the American Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition DSM-V.
