Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the long-term outcomes of endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) in CRS patients with different asthma severity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

器官移植后免疫缺陷病，囊性纤维化，肿瘤，原发性纤毛功能障碍，卡氏综合征，寄生虫和真菌感染，怀孕或哺乳期，哮喘急性发作，近1个月急性呼吸道感染史。

Exclusion criteria：

Immunodeficiency disease, cystic fibrosis, tumor, after organ transplantation; primary ciliary dysfunction, Kartagener syndrome, parasitic and fungal infections; pregnant or lactating; acute attack of asthma; history of acute respiratory infection in recent 1 month.
