To investigate the relationship between preoperative frailty and the occurrence of adverse postoperative outcomes in elderly patients undergoing elective orthopedic surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重听力、阅读或语言沟通障碍，无法正常交流；
2.痴呆或严重认知功能障碍，无法配合完成调查；
3.有严重精神疾病病史，拒绝或不能配合本次研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe hearing, reading or language communication impairment, unable to communicate normally;
2. Dementia or severe cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate in completing the investigation;
3. Have a history of serious mental illness, refuse or cannot cooperate with this research.
