Objectives of Study：

To investigate the minimum effective concentration of ropivacaine for ultrasound-guided quadratus lumborum block in total hip arthroplasty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.髋关节强直；
2.已知对本研究中使用的药物过敏；
3.阿片类药物过量使用史；
4.有过量饮酒史；
5.认知障碍；
6.精神病；
7.公认的神经肌肉疾病；
8.既往髋关节开放手术史；
9.目标侧髋部患有其他神经性疾病；
10.无法进行口头交流。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ankylosis of the hip joint;
2. Known allergy to the drugs used in this study;
3. History of opioid overdose;
4. There is a history of excessive drinking;
5. Cognitive impairment;
6. Mental illness;
7. Recognized neuromuscular disease;
8. History of previous hip open surgery;
9. The target hip has other neurological diseases;
10. Inability to communicate verbally.
