研究目的：

1、探讨老年肺炎的核心病机和由该核心病机确立的扶正解毒化瘀治法治疗作用；2、评价由扶正解毒化瘀法制定的扶正解毒化瘀免检颗粒剂干预老年肺炎病死率的有效性和安全性；3、分析总结老年肺炎的中医病因、发病特点以及中医证候分布规律等，为制定扶正解毒化瘀法治疗老年肺炎的诊疗技术规范提供临床依据。

Objectives of Study：

1.discuss the core pathogenesis of senile pneumonia and the effect of Fuzhengjieduhuayu therapy under this pathogenesis.2.evaluate the safety and efficacy of Fuzheng Jiedu Huayu free fried fine particles formulated by Fuzheng jiedu huayu therapy in patients with senile pneumonia. 3.Analyze and summarize the TCM etiology, clinical characteristics and syndromes distribution, etc.Provide clinical basis for the development of treatment specification of Fuzheng jiedu huayu therapy on senile pneumoni

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已使用过其他中药治疗肺炎者；2.合并精神疾病者；3.酗酒或吸毒者；4.过敏体质或对本药过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have treated pneumonia with with other TCM;
2. With mental disorders;
3. Alcohol or drug addicts;
4. Allergic constitution or allergic to this decoction.
