研究目的:

1. 调查肺功能变化与COPD 急性加重的相关性,评估动态肺功能变化对COPD 急性加重的预测价值; 2. 调查外界环境(空气污染,季节,温度)变化对肺功能波动的影响; 3. 尝试构建基于肺功能和环境因素的COPD 急性加重预测模型; 4. 构建基于物联网技术的多级联动机制,为后续在各地建立呼吸大数据研究建立基础。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To investigate the correlation between lung function changes and COPD acute exacerbations, and to evaluate the predictive value of dynamic lung function changes on COPD acute exacerbations; 2. To investigate the influence of external environment (air pollution, season, temperature) on the fluctuation of lung function; 3. Try to construct a prediction model of COPD acute exacerbation based on lung function and environmental factors; 4. Build a multi-level linkage mechanism based on the Internet of Things technology to lay a foundation for the subsequent establishment of respiratory big data research in various places.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.合并哮喘或有哮喘史;
2.合并支气管扩张症、肺纤维化、肺癌等其他气流受限疾病;
3.冠心病、高血压性心脏病、心脏瓣膜病等引起劳力性气促的疾病;
4.妊娠期或哺乳期女性;
5.正接受结核病抗菌化疗;
6.既往肺部手术史;
7.严重肝功能不全,肾功能衰竭,恶性肿瘤或精神疾病;
8.其他可能会影响研究结果的活动性疾病;
9.其他医生认为不适合加入研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients with asthma or history of asthma;
2.Complicated with bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer and other airflow restriction diseases;
3.Coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease, heart valve disease and other diseases that cause labor shortness of breath;
4.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
5.Is receiving anti-bacterial chemotherapy for tuberculosis;
6.Previous pulmonary surgery;
7.Severe liver insufficiency, renal failure, malignancy or mental illness;
8.Other active diseases that might have affected the results of the study;
9.Other circumstances that doctors deem inappropriate to join the study.

肺功能指标使用MasterScreen Pneumo 电脑化肺功能仪(CareFusion,Yorba Linda,CA,美国)通过肺功能测定法测量。应由研究者或授权代表,根据美国胸科学会/欧洲呼吸学会(ATS/ERS)指南进行肺功能测定。经过培训和认证的技术人员对所有参与者进行肺功能检测 所有肺功能测定操作均要求参与者处于站姿,佩戴鼻夹,并使用一次性吹嘴。对于肺功能测定,在支气管扩张之前和之后记录三次肺活量测定结果以验证患者是否确实患有COPD。对每次测定进行质量控制以确保对个体测量参数的精确性。
